We need
your getting our students ready for the start of another
amazing Marching Band Season. Please volunteer to spend
some time preparing and helping with Band Camp Activities.
Help Needed
* WEEK ONE, August 6 - 10:
(Opportunities to help available Monday through Friday
between 8:30a.m. – Noon, 6:30p.m. – 9:00p.m.)
Sorting Uniforms, Preparing Uniform Bags,
Handing out and Collecting Shoe Order forms, Verifying
T-shirt orders, Verifying upper-classman band uniform
information, Assisting with band uniform fittings and record
keeping.

WEEK TWO,
AUGUST 13 – 17: (Opportunities to help available
Monday through Friday between 10:00a.m and 11:00a.m.)
Looking for a “coordinator-in-training” and
helpers to deliver frozen treats to the practice field for
students during their morning break. Distribute and collect
Patron Ads and money. Distribute flyers for pictures and
pool party information.
