All band students, parents, families and friends from: Symphonic Band, Jazz I, Jazz II, Marching Band, Percussion Ensemble, Wind Ensemble, Indoor Guard, Indoor Majorettes, Indoor Drumline and Musical Pit Orchestra are invited to the Band Banquet!

Doors open 5:30pm/Dinner served 6:30pm

Band students will receive a complimentary meal and award recognition Reservations are required (see below) Dinner: BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, Salads, Dessert Awards, Recognition, Slideshow, and Dancing with DJ Mark Hoover

Band Banquet FAQ

Should underclassmen come to the Band Banquet or is it only for Seniors?

We'd love for EVERY band student to come to the Band Banquet.  We spend some time recognizing our departing class of seniors, but the Band Banquet is fun for students from each class.  All students, for example, receive a certificate and award from Mr. Ceresini.  Plus, there's free meal as a reward for all your hard work during the year. After the awards there's dancing, which is always lots at fun too. This evening is a great time to hang out with your band friends because summer vacation will be starting soon Attending also shows your support for the band program and your friends who are this year's seniors.

I'm in only one performing unit. Should I come to the banquet?

The Band Banquet is for students in all the performing units!  Any student in grades 9 through 12 involved in a band or indoor group is invited. This includes Jazz I, Jazz II, Symphonic Band, Percussion Ensemble, Wind Ensemble, Marching Band, Indoor Guard, Indoor Majorettes, Indoor Drumline and Pit Orchestra.

Should Parents come to the Band Banquet?

YES, parents are invited and have a wonderful time basking in the glory of their children's accomplishments. Of course, talking to other band parents is lots of fun, too. Hope to see you there!

As Band Students are free, do they have to return the reservation form?

Yes, because we have to let the caterer know how much of what food to prepare, we need everyone's completed reservation form turned in.  No reservation, no dinner! Each student planning to come to the banquet should complete one of these forms with their dinner choice and put in the "Band Banquet" envelope in the Band Room.

How do I use my Student Ledger to pay for the Band Banquet for parents and guests?

First, check the balance in your account on the list posted in the Band Room (or you can e-mail RamBandAccounts@cdramband.org).   Then complete a Student Ledger Withdrawal Form (click here for a copy).  Complete the form and submit with your reservation instead of a check.

What if someone in my family has a special dietary need?

We're happy to work with our caterer to accommodate special dietary needs (gluten free, for instance). Please contact a member of the Band Banquet Committee to make arrangements for any special meal needs.
