It's
not too soon for eighth graders and their parents to
begin thinking about participating in the Central
Dauphin High School music programs.
Marching Band Camp, for example, is mandatory for all
band members, including incoming freshmen. It's
tentatively scheduled for the first two weeks in August 2008.
BAND CAMP IS MANDATORY!
IF YOU'RE
GETTING READY TO PLAN YOUR SUMMER VACATION,
PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK BACK HERE TO SEE WHEN BAND CAMP
IS SCHEDULED NEXT SUMMER!

information on Band Camp 2007. Band Camp is a great way to get to know lots of your
fellow freshmen as well as upperclassmen and will give
you a head start on high school.

general information we provide to freshman families.
The Central Dauphin Band Boosters attempt to
provide eighth graders and their parents with a number
of opportunities to learn about participation in the
band programs. For example,
Buddy
Night is an event where eighth graders experience
a Central Dauphin Ram football game from the perspective
of a Central Dauphin RamBand member (without the
trademark green, gold, and white uniform and without
having to learn any drill!).

year's Buddy Night.
