The Jazz Bands

Central Dauphin High School boasts two awesome jazz bands:

Jazz II:  The Jazz II band holds several concerts each year and plays at various other events, both at school and on the road.  Over the past few years, for example, the Jazz II Band played at Knoebels Amusement Park and Resort, ChocolateFest, Strawberry Square,  the Holiday and  Valentine's Day dances, and at many other events.

Jazz I:  The Jazz I band is a small, elite jazz band.  Participants in Jazz I must devote a great deal of time and energy, as the group performs more frequently than the Jazz II band at all of the above events as well as other events throughout the Susquehanna Valley. In 2008 Jazz I performed onstage at the sold-out Glenn Miller Orchestra concert at the Central Dauphin High School.
