Central Dauphin High School Marching Band presents
its annual Jazz Band Picnic, featuring music groups from
across the school district on Friday, April 27,
2007, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. at the Central Dauphin High School
Cafeteria.
Performance Times
Indoor
Groups 6:00 p.m. 6:25 p.m.
East Middle School 6:35 p.m. 7:00 p.m.
CDHS Stage Band 7:00 p.m. 7:20 p.m.
Swatara Middle School 7:20 p.m. 7:45 p.m.
CDHS Jazz Combo 7:55 p.m. 8:20 p.m.
Linglestown Middle School 8:30 p.m. 8:55 p.m.
CDHS Jazz Band 9:05 p.m. 9:30 p.m
Admission:
$3.00 per person or
$10.00 per family
Please help us host:
The Band
Boosters will provide Hotdogs, Pulled Pork Sandwiches
and Baked Beans. We are asking each class to bring the
following items:
7th and 9th grades
Dessert: small cake or cheesecake, cookies,
brownies, nut breads, pie, candy, etc.
10th and 11th grades
salad or side dish (Deviled Eggs, macaroni/cheese,
veggie casserole, scalloped potatoes, baked corn, salad
(garden/pasta/potato/fruit), jello, fresh fruit,
coleslaw, bean salad
12th grade
snack foods
8th grade
Invited guests
All Band Members
Please help us out by
bringing
Pepsi products drinks including Aquafina water
(Individual cans/bottles are the easiest). These
can be brought to the band room by Wednesday, April
25th. This will help us in knowing if we need to buy
more for Fridays event.
Help Wanted:
Please
contact Tracy Allen
to let her know if you are able to help with setup,
serving food, taking donations at the door, or clean-up
(her info's in the band directory or send an e-mail to
ramagram@hotmail. com and we'll forward).
We will start setting up at approximately 4:30 p.m. and
will need volunteers to help serve food and take
donations from 6-9 as well as volunteers to stay and
clean-up afterwards. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
Please let Mr. Ceresini, or Carolyn Raup (657-9807) know
by April 20th how many will be attending so we know how
much food to prepare.
