KeyNotes Concert & Ice Cream Social

We ask each CDHS Marching Band Family to bring something for the post-concert ice cream social.  See the list below...

The Central Dauphin High School Marching Band will present its annual KeyNotes Concert, featuring musical highlights from this year's marching band season, Saturday, October 29th, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at the Central Dauphin High School Auditorium. An Ice Cream Social will follow. All are welcome and admission is free!

The Marching Band Keynotes concert is an eagerly-anticipated annual Central Dauphin event that allows fans of music and of the Ram Band to hear their favorite band pre-game, halftime, and stand music from the Central Dauphin football games. The concert features the Ram Band’s full complement of brass, woodwinds, percussion, and the Band Front.

The musical selections feature Fight On, the Central Dauphin fight song, and Alma Mater, as well as selections from the band's field show and the crowd-energizing music the band plays in the stands during football games.  The band's performance is enhanced by the superior acoustics afforded by the state-of-the-art Central Dauphin High School Auditorium.  In fact, we record the Keynotes Concert for a CD that will be available a few weeks after the show.  Following the concert, all are invited to the traditional post-KeyNotes Concert Ice Cream Social organized by the Band Boosters Association.
