02-Mar-10: We’re pleased to announce that,
based on the higher than expected number of
travelers on the Disney10 trip, we have a
surplus in our Trip Account. The Band Boosters
Trip Committee thought it appropriate to
distribute the bulk of this surplus back to the
folks on the trip. So we are pleased to announce
that the surplus amounts to $45 per traveler!
(Too bad the Disney10 Trip Committee isn’t
running the government….!)
In an attempt to respond to the various
travelers’ financial interests, to raise
awareness of our RamBand Scrip program, and to
avoid imposing an unduly burdensome bookkeeping
task on the Band Boosters financial officers, we
are providing you a choice of one of three
options for disbursement of the funds, which
will apply to your entire traveling party.
Click here for the Surplus Funds
Election Form and return it to the Disney10 Box
in the Band Room by March 12th. If we don’t
receive your form by then, we’ll credit the
surplus into your Student Account.

25-Feb-10:
This year the Senators will unveil the final
phase of the $45 million dollar renovation of
their ballpark on picturesque City Island. The
updates include the boardwalk area, a
state-of-the-art video system, an all-new Kids
Zone, and more concession areas with more food
options.
We think lots of people
are going to want to check out the new
ballpark. So we’ve decided to provide our
families the fundraising opportunity of selling
ticket vouchers, which are valid for any of the
71 home games the Harrisburg Senators will play
this year. Simply present the voucher at the
Senators Box Office on City Island and choose
your Box Seat. For a copy of the Senators 2010
schedule and a glimpse of their new stadium,
check out their web site,
www.senatorsbaseball.com.
We will be selling Box
Seat vouchers for $8.00/each ($1.00 below their
face value). You’ll get $2.00 for your Student
Account for each voucher you sell; $1.00 goes to
the Band Boosters for the general fund.

home. And
