The
Central Dauphin Band Boosters Association is a very active organization,
with events taking place literally every month of the calendar year.
Sometimes, with all the other stuff going on, you may miss a booster meeting
or want to get caught up on what's happening. We're pleased to post online
all issues of meeting minutes, agendas, and back issues of the Ram-a-Gram,
as well as all the forms you may need during the course of a year. Simply

Band Handbook- Current Version of the CDHS Band Handbook
Band Concert Excusal Form- Request for Excused Absence, Tardy, or Early Departure: Except in cases of sickness or immediate emergency, all other absences and excusals require advanced approval. Absence forms for rehearsals are due 2 weeks prior to the requested date.
RamBand Scholarship Form- Each year, the Central Dauphin Band Boosters present scholarships to deserving RamBand seniors. Beginning in 2010, seniors may apply for one or more of six non-renewable scholarships.

It's a brief overview of the Central Dauphin HS RamBand program from a
parents' perspective. A great resource for folks new to the life of a
RamBand family!
Charms Handbook: It's a brief overview of the Central Dauphin HS Charms software. Instructions for most basic tasks are included.
Band Booster Enrollment Form
-Combination
of the Band Directory Form, Band Booster Membership Form, and Volunteer
Form. This is laid out on 8.2" x 14" paper, so be sure you can print on
legal sized paper!
Email Signup - The CD Ram Band
Boosters' primary means of communication concerning CD Ram Band events are
this web site, monthly Band Booster meetings, the Ram-A-Gram and blast
emails. We can send you an email when we have news about the RamBand or the
Boosters. Use this e-form to add or change your email address from CD Ram
Band or Band Booster notifications. And you have the option of managing
your subscription by using the links at the bottom of each email we send.
If you tell us who will receive the e-mail we can target special e-mails as
needed and maintain the mailing list more effectively.
Student Ledger Withdrawal
Student Ledger Withdrawal Form - To make a withdrawal from your Student Ledger, follow the link below to the Student Ledger withdrawal form, print it and complete it. The form must be signed by a parent! Once the form is completed (and signed by a parent), turn it in, just like you would turn in a check (in the envelope in the band room for that activity). If you are requesting reimbursement for a repair or lessons, give your completed form to Mr. Ceresini or the Band Boosters Treasurer along with a receipt.
