We Need YOUR Help!
The
Central Dauphin Band Boosters Association's annual
Spring Craft Show, a significant source of funds for
our organization, is scheduled for Saturday, April 4,
2009. For the show to be successful,
we need volunteers to help in the following areas.
Please help us as you are able. (And we'd love to
have you join our committee this year, as we need
leaders for 2009.

Prior to
show:
•
distribute promotional fliers which will be
available at the Band Booster meetings leading up to
the show and
through the Band Room
• post signs within about a
ten-mile radius of the High School
Show
Set-up (April 3) in the evening:
• assist
with show set up at the High School. This includes
moving tables and chairs in the cafeteria, setting
up the Craft Show registration area, hanging
directional signs, and measuring and taping crafter
spaces.
Day of
Show (April 4) all day:
•
donate baked goods and beverages to sell during the
day
• arrive early (5:45 am) to assist with crafter
check-in and assisting crafters with their displays.
• Arrive early (5:45 am) to assist with crafter
parking (until 9:00 am)
• Hosts and hostesses at Show entrances from 9:00 am
– 3:00 pm
• Kitchen and concession stand staff
• Food servers for crafters – taking food orders in
the morning and delivering lunches
• Clean-up and re-set cafeteria following show
• Take down signs
Donations of Pepsi products
and
baked goods for sale in the cafeteria and concession
stand are appreciated. They may be brought to the
High School during set-up or the morning
of the show.

course,
WE
NEED YOU TO SHOP at the Spring Craft Show this year.
The best way to assure the future success of the
show is to have satisfied customers and crafters!
