2016 Show Update

Applications for the 2016 Spring Craft Show were mailed October 13, 2015.  As in the past, crafters who participated in the 2015 show will have their applications processed first, so please make sure to submit the application by the December 15, 2015 due date.  After the return crafter applications are processed, we will fill in the open spaces with new crafters.

New crafters:  please note, pictures of your craft and of you working on your craft are required.  We will not consider your application without the pictures.  if you sent pictures with a previous application and did not get into the show, please send the pictures again.  We do not keep the pictures from year to year

The Spring Craft Show is held indoors at our state-of-the-art high school located at 437 Piketown Road in Harrisburg, PA (at the intersection with Route 39 (Linglestown Road)) with easy access from Interstates I-81 and I-83. Admission and parking are free. Our show features handcrafted merchandise from nearly 200 crafters, food concessions, and door prizes held throughout the day. All proceeds from the craft show support the Central Dauphin High School RamBand program.

Crafter Information

  • Each space measures 10' X 6'; multiple spaces may be rented
  • Handcrafted items are the emphasis of our show
  • We reserve the right to refuse crafter assignments for anyone offering commercially-made or franchised items
  • No animals or fish
  • No burning of candles, incense or potpourri are allowed
  • All businesses selling products subject to Sales Tax are required to obtain a Pennsylvania Sales, Use and Hotel Occupancy Tax License
  • Set-up begins at 6:00 am
  • After unloading vehicles must be moved to the crafter parking area
  • Do not mount, tape, or nail anything on walls
  • All tables and merchandise must fit in your 10' X 6' area
  • Breakdown begins at 3:00 pm -- NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Failure to adhere to the guidelines will result in not your being able to participate in future shows
