RamBand Sponsorship
 Were
pleased to announce an exciting new program for local
businesses: sponsorship of the Central Dauphin
RamBand. Sponsors can choose to donate on seven
different levels ranging from $50 as a Friend to $2,500 as
Platinum Sponsor of the band. Maintaining a
superior high school music program such as the RamBand
requires commitment from students, educators, parents, and
boosters. It also requires the financial support of generous
sponsors. For these reasons, we ask for the assistance of
local businesses in ensuring the future of the band programs
at Central Dauphin High School by becoming RamBand sponsors.
This year, we
are offering seven different sponsorship levels and limiting
the number of sponsors at each of the top five levels.
Here are the proposed sponsorship levels under the RamBand
Sponsorship program:
1. Platinum Sponsor (Limit of 3) : $2,500
Platinum Sponsorship provides the following:
One
private performance by a Central Dauphin Band (subject
to Band
Directors approval & discretion);
A 120 x 240 pixel main sponsor ad on the
www.cdramband.org
homepage (rotates between three Platinum sponsors);
Recognition on RamBand concert and event posters;
Recognition on back cover & full page program ad
(Band-a-RAM-a,
Indoor-RAM-a, Legends of Music)* ;
Recognition on Marching Band 2009 Tour T-Shirts;
Ten tickets to Band-a-RAMa and Indoor-RAM-a;
Eight tickets to Legends of Music concert*;
Sponsorship of a Band-a-RAMa trophy;
Golf-a-RAMa hole sponsorship*;
A copy of each of the year's RamBand Concert CDs; and
A framed picture of the Ram Marching Band.
2. Gold Sponsor (Limit of 6) : $1,500
Gold Sponsorship
provides the following:
A 120 x 240
pixel sponsor ad on a primary page at
www.cdramband.org (rotates between six Gold sponsors);
Recognition on inside front cover & full page program
ad (Band-a-
RAM-a, Indoor-RAM-a, Legends of Music,)* ;
Six tickets to Band-a-RAMa and Indoor-RAM-a;
Four tickets to Legends of Music concert*;
Co-sponsorship of a Band-a-RAMa trophy;
Golf-a-RAMa hole sponsorship*;
A copy of each of the year's RamBand Concert CDs; and
A framed picture of the Marching Band.
3. Green Sponsor (Limit of 10) : $750
Green Sponsorship provides the following:
A rotating
120 x 120 pixel ad on a secondary page at
www.cdramband.org;
Half page program ad (Band-a-RAM-a, Indoor-RAM-a,
Legends of Music)* ;
Four tickets to Band-a-RAMa and Indoor-RAM-a;
Two tickets to Legends of Music concert*;
Sponsorship of a Band-a-RAMa trophy;
Golf-a-RAMa hole sponsorship*;
A copy of the KeyNotes concert CD; and
A framed certificate of appreciation.
4. White Sponsor (Limit of 12) : $500
White Sponsorship provides the following:
A rotating
120 x 60 pixel ad on a secondary page at
www.cdramband.org;
Half page program ad (Band-a-RAM-a, Indoor-RAM-a,
Legends of Music)* ;
Four tickets to Band-a-RAMa and Indoor-RAM-a;
A copy of the KeyNotes concert CD; and
A certificate of appreciation.
5. Business Sponsor (Limit of 72) : $250
Business Sponsorship provides the following:
A sponsor
listing on www.cdramband.org;
Quarter page program ad (Band-a-RAM-a, Indoor-RAM-a,
Legends of Music)* ;
Two tickets to Band-a-RAMa and Indoor-RAM-a;
Two tickets to Legends of Music concert*;
A copy of the KeyNotes concert CD; and
A certificate of appreciation.
6. Friend Sponsor (unlimited) : $100
Friend Sponsorship provides the following:
A sponsor
listing on www.cdramband.org;
Eighth page program ad (Band-a-RAM-a, Indoor-RAM-a,
Legends of Music)* ;
Two tickets to Band-a-RAM-a and Indoor-RAM-a; and
A certificate of appreciation.
7. Basic Sponsor (unlimited) : >$50
Basic Sponsorship provides the following:
A sponsor listing
in the Band-a-RAMa program;
E-mailed copy of the Ram-A-Gram; and
A certificate of appreciation.
