The Drumline finished their season STRONG by winning Chapter 6 Championships with an impressive score of 91.65 on April 23 at Spring Grove High School! And, on April 15, they achieved the amazing accomplishment of making it to the finals at WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio!! This is a HUGE feat considering this was our drumline's first time going to World Championships ever, and first year units almost NEVER make it to finals. A true testament to the talent, dedication and countless hours of rehearsal by both students and staff. Congratulations and thank you for the great memories this season!!

Many of you may already be aware from attending meetings that the District has a new policy on Volunteers, effective July 1st of this year. This is a new State regulation, and is only being enforced by the District.
Starting July 1st, ALL adults who have consistent contact with students will need to have all three clearances on file with the district. This includes the Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse Check and FBI Fingerprints. Effective July 25, 2015, Governor Wolf has waived the fee for the Criminal Background Check and Child Abuse Check. You may sign an affidavit form to be exempt from the FBI clearance if you have lived in Pennsylvanin for more than 10 years. Once you have obtained the necessary paperwork, you must schedule an appointment at the Administration building (717)545-4703.
